nota stores your entries on your device and in your own iCloud Drive. lab22 does not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your data — there are no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no account system, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no server-side storage of any kind. Your notes are yours, always. Everything nota processes stays local: journal entries are saved as Markdown files in your personal iCloud Drive vault (iCloud Drive/lab22/nota/) and never touch a lab22 server; location, when you allow it, is stored only as a city name inside the entry’s file and is never transmitted anywhere; photos attached to entries are saved as JPEG files in the same vault alongside the Markdown file and are never uploaded; preferences such as accent colour, notification time, and reminder settings are stored in your device’s local UserDefaults and never leave your device. nota contains no third-party tracking of any kind — there is no nota account, no sign-in, and no backend. nota does not know you exist. Deleting an entry in nota removes the corresponding Markdown file and any attached photo from your vault; deleting the app removes all local preferences; entries in iCloud Drive persist until you delete them there directly — that is your data, not ours. nota is not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect information from children — in fact, we do not collect information from anyone. If this policy ever changes materially, the effective date above will update and a note will appear on the nota page; given that nota collects nothing, material changes are unlikely. Hosting & Server-Logfiles. Die Website wird bei GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) gehostet. Beim Aufruf verarbeitet GitHub technisch notwendige Verbindungsdaten (u. a. IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Abrufs, angeforderte Datei, übertragene Datenmenge, Browser- und Betriebssystemkennung), um die Seiten auszuliefern und den Dienst sicher zu betreiben. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einer sicheren, effizienten Bereitstellung). Die Übermittlung in die USA ist durch geeignete Garantien abgesichert (Standardvertragsklauseln bzw. EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Näheres: GitHub Privacy Statement.
Schriftarten. Die Schriftarten (Archivo, JetBrains Mono) werden lokal von diesem Server geladen, nicht über ein Drittanbieter-CDN. Beim Laden der Schriften werden daher keine Daten an Google oder Dritte übertragen.
Keine Cookies, kein Tracking. Diese Website setzt keine Cookies, nutzt keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Dienste und bindet keine Inhalte Dritter ein. Lediglich Ihre Anzeige-Einstellung (hell oder dunkel) wird im localStorage Ihres Browsers gespeichert; dieser Wert bleibt auf Ihrem Gerät, wird nicht übertragen und ist technisch erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 TTDSG). Ein Cookie-Banner ist daher nicht erforderlich.
Ihre Rechte. Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO) sowie das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde. Kontakt: hello@lab22.studio. Stand: Juni 2026.
